Dr. Ashwin Dixit (USA)

Dr. Ashwin Dixit is a board-certified nephrologist and Managing Partner at Kidney Care Consultants (KCC), Louisville, Kentucky. Since joining KCC in 2003, he has played a pivotal role in the growth and operational evolution of the practice, which has expanded to a multidisciplinary team of eight nephrologists and four nurse practitioners.
With over 22 years of hands-on leadership experience, Dr. Ashwin Dixit has been deeply involved in practice management, operational governance, and financial strategy. His expertise spans revenue cycle management, payer contracting, provider credentialing, and the development of sustainable revenue optimization frameworks.
Dr. Ashwin Dixit brings strong insight into reducing outstanding accounts receivable and strengthening revenue streams through value-based care programs and Chronic Care Management (CCM). His clinical leadership combined with operational and financial acumen aligns closely with Square Edges Technologies LLC’s (Square Edges Health Care Solution) mission to deliver data-driven, compliant, and scalable healthcare revenue solutions for US healthcare organisations.

Dr. Pavan Katkar brings an independent, strategic perspective to the organization as a Non-Executive Director, supporting leadership with governance oversight, risk management insight, and long-term value creation within the healthcare revenue cycle ecosystem.
With a strong multidisciplinary background, Pavan Katkar holds a Ph.D. from the RAND Corporation, a Master’s degree from the Department of War Studies at King’s College London, and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering, India. His professional experience spans research roles at leading think tanks in the United States and India, along with hands-on experience as a senior software engineer.
His research work has focused on complex financial behavior, regulatory frameworks, and technology-driven policy implications—areas highly relevant to modern Revenue Cycle Management, including compliance, data integrity, automation, and emerging digital financial systems. His academic and professional training in risk analysis, crisis management, and institutional resilience enables him to provide informed guidance during periods of payer pressure, audit exposure, cybersecurity risk, and regulatory change.
As a Non-Executive Director, Pavan contributes independent judgment and strategic counsel on governance, compliance posture, operational risk, and payer-provider negotiation dynamics. He supports the executive team in strengthening controls, improving decision-making under uncertainty, and building resilient, scalable RCM operations.
Dr. Pavan Katkar is also actively engaged in research, thought leadership, and advisory work focused on strategic negotiation and behavioral decision-making—bringing a disciplined, human-centric lens to board-level discussions. His approach emphasizes ethical leadership, sustainability, and long-term organizational health within the evolving US healthcare landscape. Pavan is also a practicing monk in the shākta parampara.

Monika Dixit serves as the Executive Director in Square Edges Health Care Solutions, after earning her Diploma in Billing and Coding she started her career in the US medical billing and coding innephrology practice, focusing on insurance verification, coding, and patient information management.
Her early exposurein Billing and Coding gives her a solid understanding of specialty medical practices.
Today she oversees operations at our billing company, Square Edges Technologies LLC (Square Edges Health Care Solution) ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and high quality service for our clients.
